Halloween Event Hire

Halloween Event Hire in Belfast, Dublin and Throughout Ireland

Planning a Halloween festival, school celebration, pumpkin patch event or spooky family fun day? G Force Amusements provides Halloween event hire throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, supplying fairground rides, bouncy castles, inflatable challenges, traditional games, catering and mobile staging for events of different sizes.

Based in Belfast, our family-run company has more than ten years of experience providing entertainment for councils, schools, businesses, visitor attractions, community groups and festival organisers. We can supply individual attractions or help assemble a larger Halloween entertainment package to suit your venue, audience and operating hours.

From children’s Halloween parties and half-term activity days to illuminated evening funfairs and major public celebrations, our team can discuss suitable attractions, staffing, delivery and installation requirements.

We work throughout the island of Ireland, including Belfast, Derry/Londonderry, Dublin, Cork, Galway and other locations.

Halloween Funfair Rides for Daytime and Evening Events

Fairground rides can help establish the atmosphere at a Halloween event, particularly when illuminated attractions are incorporated into an evening programme. Our fairground ride hire range includes children’s carousels, family attractions and larger rides for suitable venues.

Spinning Teacups for Children’s Halloween Parties

Our Spinning Teacups Carousel features six colourful cups, LED lighting and a covered canopy. Measuring approximately 20ft x 20ft, it can be a suitable attraction for younger visitors attending family-friendly Halloween events.

The cups can accommodate up to four passengers each, subject to the applicable rider restrictions.

Toyset Carousel and Safari Train for Pumpkin Patch Events

The Toyset Carousel offers traditional children’s fairground entertainment with colourful characters and vehicles.

Our Safari Train Ride provides a different experience, featuring an electric train, animal-themed carriages and sound effects. The track can be configured to suit different suitable layouts.

These attractions can complement pumpkin picking, children’s costume activities and other family entertainment at suitable venues.

Fire Department Fun House for Halloween Adventures

The Fire Department Fun House offers two floors of activities, including bridges, moving walkways and a slide.

Its colourful appearance and variety of challenges make it an option for Halloween events where organisers want something more interactive than a conventional ride.

Illuminated Ferris Wheels for Halloween Festivals

For large public Halloween celebrations, our 38 Metre Panoramic Wheel provides an illuminated landmark that can be seen from around the event site.

We can also discuss the Giant Ferris Wheel, standing more than 100ft high, through our trading partners.

Both attractions require appropriate installation space, vehicle access, ground conditions and event planning.

Sea Storm Pirate Ship and Bumper Cars

The Sea Storm Pirate Ship combines a wooden galleon theme with swinging movement and LED lighting, making it a potential addition to a larger evening funfair.

Our Bumper Carz provides a child-friendly version of traditional dodgems within an inflatable arena.

Halloween Bouncy Castles, Inflatable Slides and Activity Zones

Not every Halloween event needs frightening attractions. For primary schools, community centres and family celebrations, colourful inflatables can provide activities that younger children are comfortable enjoying.

Our bouncy castle and inflatable hire range includes themed inflatables, slides and competitive games.

Bouncy Castles for Children’s Halloween Celebrations

The Spiderman Bouncy Castle can complement superhero costume parties, while the Disney Bouncy Castle and Ice Kingdom Bouncy Castle provide alternative themes for children’s entertainment.

For younger visitors, our Paw Patrol Play Zone combines a bouncing area, slide and ball pool within a 20ft x 14ft inflatable.

Helter Skelter and Minions Slides for Halloween Fun Days

Our Helter Skelter Slide has a traditional fairground-inspired appearance and a curved sliding route.

The Minions Inflatable Slide features an 18ft platform and provides another activity for suitable Halloween family events.

Toxic Bootcamp Assault Course for Older Participants

The Toxic Bootcamp Challenge Assault Course has distinctive toxic-themed artwork that works particularly well alongside Halloween decorations and spooky activity zones.

Its twin racing lanes include climbing sections, obstacles, tunnels and slides. The attraction is available in approximately 65ft, 129ft and 150ft configurations, allowing organisers to discuss different layouts.

Warrior Wall and Xtreme Demolition Zone

Our Warrior Wall provides three climbing routes with different levels of difficulty, while the Xtreme Demolition Zone challenges four participants to remain standing on inflatable podiums as they compete with a suspended ball.

These attractions can be considered for suitable teenagers and older participants attending Halloween activity days, subject to the equipment’s operating restrictions.

Halloween Games, Fairground Side Stalls and Competitions

Traditional games can help create a carnival atmosphere at Halloween markets and festivals. They also provide shorter activities that visitors can enjoy between rides, performances and other attractions.

Kentucky Derby Racer for Halloween Funfairs

Our Kentucky Derby Racer is an eight-player fairground game where participants roll balls into scoring holes to move their horses towards the finish line.

It can be used as a competitive attraction at suitable public events, charity fundraisers and corporate celebrations.

Branded Fairground Games for Halloween Promotions

Our Custom Branded Kentucky Derby provides opportunities for suitable event or sponsor branding.

This can be particularly useful for shopping centre promotions, corporate Halloween events and visitor attractions running seasonal campaigns.

Human Whack A Mole and Rodeo Bull Competitions

The Human Whack A Mole is a seven-player inflatable game that encourages quick reactions and friendly competition.

Our Rodeo Bull features a digital timer, making it suitable for organised riding challenges where participants meet the applicable restrictions.

Other activities include Foot Pool, 3 in 1 Sports and the Wall 2 Wall Football Arena.

We can also discuss suitable arcade games for indoor Halloween entertainment areas.

Halloween Event Catering, Hot Treats and Marshmallow Toasting

Autumn food stalls are particularly useful at Halloween events where visitors may spend several hours outdoors or attend an evening programme.

Our event food services include traditional fairground favourites that can be incorporated into Halloween markets, school celebrations and public festivals.

Toast Your Own Marshmallows at Halloween Events

Our Toast Your Own Marshmallows experience is especially suited to autumn and winter events.

Two different arrangements are available:

• Wooden chalet: A 5m x 4m chalet with a dedicated firepit for marshmallow toasting.
• Mobile setup: A gas firepit with safety fencing, a choice of backdrop, two staff and unlimited marshmallows for up to four hours under the specified arrangement.

The mobile option can be considered for suitable pumpkin patch attractions, Halloween festivals and corporate events.

Marshmallow toasting areas require appropriate supervision, fire safety arrangements and separation from inflatables, combustible decorations and other attractions.

Candy Floss, Popcorn and Dinky Donuts

We also provide Candy Floss, Popcorn and Dinky Donuts, along with other available fairground refreshments.

For larger events, we can discuss additional outside catering requirements through our trading partners.

Halloween Stage Hire for Costume Competitions and Live Shows

Many Halloween events feature a programme of activities rather than rides alone. Costume competitions, storytelling, music, announcements and scheduled performances can all benefit from a dedicated stage.

Our Stage Truck NI provides a 30ft truck-mounted stage with integrated truss suitable for lighting rigs and suspended PA equipment.

It can be considered for suitable town-centre celebrations, council festivals, shopping centre events and larger Halloween gatherings.

Sound systems, lighting equipment and technical production services should be confirmed separately when arranging the stage.

Combining the Stage with Halloween Attractions

A larger event could feature children’s fairground rides during the afternoon, a costume competition on stage in the early evening and illuminated attractions as darkness falls.

Organisers can also consider separate activity areas for younger children, competitive games and catering, depending on the available site space.

Halloween Hire for Pumpkin Patches, Schools and Public Festivals

Different Halloween events need different entertainment arrangements. We can discuss individual attractions or combinations of equipment according to the audience and venue.

These combinations are suggestions rather than fixed packages. We can discuss alternatives depending on equipment availability, site conditions and the age groups attending.

Halloween Event Safety, Weather and Evening Operations

Halloween events can involve additional considerations compared with summer fun days, particularly when activities continue after dark or take place during colder, wetter weather.

Autumn Weather and Inflatable Hire

Outdoor inflatables must only operate in suitable weather conditions and within the manufacturer’s specified limits.

Wind, rain and ground conditions should be considered during event planning. Organisers may also wish to discuss indoor alternatives where suitable venues are available.

Lighting and Visibility at Evening Events

Halloween events continuing after dark need suitable lighting for pedestrian routes, queues, entrances, exits and operational areas.

Illuminated rides can contribute to the atmosphere, but their decorative lighting does not replace the need for appropriate site lighting.

Fireworks, Bonfires and Halloween Decorations

Bouncy castles, inflatable games, fairground equipment and other attractions must be kept safely separated from bonfires, fireworks, naked flames and sources of intense heat.

Firework display areas, firing positions, fallout zones and public viewing arrangements must be planned by the relevant competent providers and event organisers.

Decorations, temporary structures and catering equipment should also be positioned to avoid obstructing exits or creating additional hazards.

Professional Staffing and Inspection Requirements

G Force Amusements carries £10 million public liability insurance and supplies trained, uniformed and Access NI-checked personnel.

Applicable fairground rides are subject to relevant ADIPS inspection arrangements, while inflatables and other equipment are maintained and inspected according to their appropriate requirements.

Our team can discuss equipment documentation, operating arrangements and the delivery, installation and supervision requirements for your event.
