Relevant equipment is inspected and tested as required, and appropriate safety documentation and operating arrangements can be discussed during the booking process. Trained personnel can provide setup and supervision where required.
For larger events, it is helpful to establish the site layout, available power, access routes and expected attendance at an early stage. Indoor and outdoor suitability depends on the individual attraction and the conditions at the proposed venue.
